How do the weekly check-ins work?
You will be sent an online form to complete every week that inlcludes weight, measurements, progress pictures.
Do I need to take progress pictures?
Pictures are not mandatory but are strongly recommended. Without pictures it makes it very difficult to assess posture and problem areas. Therefore you may not be prescribed the best exercises for you. They are also a massive motivational tool when looking back at your former self.
