Service Description

HIIT (high intensity interval training) combines short bursts of intense aerobic and cardio exercise with short periods of rest. You’ll be pushing your heart rate to at least 80% of its capacity, which means your body will continue to burn calories at a higher rate than normal long after you’ve left the gym! Perfect when you want to get in, get it done and get out again!
