Stop reaching for the biscuit tin - trade in your regular chocolate treat for these low carb bites. Every bit as satisfying, minus the guilt.
Ingredients (makes 14 bites):
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup coconut oil
5ml vanilla flavouring
2 teaspoons Truvia
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1. Mix all ingredients until smooth and use half the mixture to fill tray segments up to halfway and place in the fridge for 10 mins.
2. Add cocoa powder to the remainder of the mixture and mix well.
3. Top up each segment of the tray and place back in the fridge for 30 mins.
Store in the fridge and enjoy a bite every time you feel that craving!
