Gym users must be at least 16 years of age.
I understand I will use the gym facilities at my own risk.
I agree to comply with the fitness area rules which are displayed within the gym. I understand that I may be asked to leave the facility if I fail to do so. Entry to the facility may be refused at any time for any other justifiable reason.
When using any of the lockers, I am doing so entirely at my own risk and that Solway Fitness cannot be held responsible for any damage and/or theft of personal belongings even when the door is locked. I will be charged £5 if I lose a locker key.
Should I make use of the car park, I do so at my own risk and agree that Solway Fitness cannot be held responsible for any damage to vehicles.
Membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable with no exceptions. If I want to cancel my membership I must provide Solway Fitness with the required minimum period of notice as detailed within my membership plan.
I understand that it is the responsibility of the member to ensure that any standing order payments to Solway Fitness are cancelled.

If you join our gym, your bank information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained below:

When you are using our secure online payment pages, your payment is processed by a third party payment processor, who specialises in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions. If you have any questions regarding secure transactions, please contact us.
You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. If you do want to receive direct marketing communications from us about your local gym and our exciting products and services, then you can select to opt-in to our communications by ticking the relevant boxes situated in the joining process.
We will not contact you for marketing purposes by email, phone or text message unless you have given your prior consent. We will not contact you for marketing purposes by post if you have indicated that you do not wish to be contacted. Offline Data Protection
For the safety and security of you, our other members and our staff, and for associated purposes of crime prevention and detection, we operate 24-hour CCTV security at our gym. The images will be captured, processed and retained in accordance with our internal Privacy, CCTV & Data Protection Policy. Access to such footage will also be governed by the provisions of that policy.

Google Analytics is used to analyse traffic to this website. Google Analytics does not create individual profiles for visitors. Unlike some tracking services, Google Analytics does not have a database of individual profiles for each visitor. Google Analytics only collects aggregate data.

Summer Memberships are available to purchase until 30/06/2019.
Summer Memberships are valid for 3 months from date of purchase. Thereafter, an alternative membership must be purchased to continue using Solway Fitness facilities.
Member's profile and programme within the Solway Fitness app will deactivate after the 3 month period unless an alternative membership is purchased.
The free month membership must be redeemed between 1st November 2019 and the 29th February 2020.
Summer Memberships are for new customers only.
Summer Membership cost £90 - this must be paid in full before the membership becomes active and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Members will receive their tailored programme following consultation.
It is the responsibility of the member to book the initial consultation.
The Summer Membership tailored programme will take a maximum of 3 days to design and assign to the individual member following the initial consultation.
Active Summer Memberships allow immediate access to full opening hours at Solway Fitness.
