Service Description

Expect squats, presses, lifts and curls using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition to burn fat and build lean muscle. You will get a total body workout and leave the class feeling challenged and motivated and ready for more!

Cancellation Policy

PAY-AS-YOU-GO: If you can no longer attend a class, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance where a refund will be issued, minus a processing charge of £0.50. In the event of a "no-show" or if you do not notify us of a cancellation in time, no refunds will be issued. CLASS BUNDLES : To cancel or reschedule please do so via the Fit by Wix app at least 2 hours before the class starts to avoid losing a credit.
