Service Description

Your core is not just about your abs! You can expect a variety of low to moderate impact exercises that will isolate and strengthen the muscles in and around your abs, butt & back. You will tighten, tone and improve your overall functional strength, posture and mobility. Also amazing for preventing injury, especially in the lower back. Look out for our Booty Bands and Air-Balls…Suitable for all fitness levels.

Cancellation Policy

PAY-AS-YOU-GO: If you can no longer attend a class, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance where a refund will be issued, minus a processing charge of £0.50. In the event of a "no-show" or if you do not notify us of a cancellation in time, no refunds will be issued. MEMBERS: To cancel or reschedule please notify us at least 2 hours in advance.
