Service Description
A fun and exciting class designed to improve fitness of the body and the brain. Your decision making and reaction times will be put to the test as you respond to visual cues using Blazepod TM reflex technology, leaving you mentally sharp and focused. Quick bursts of energy will target your speed and agility, providing you with an enjoyable and very worthwhile 30 minute workout.

Cancellation Policy
PAY-AS-YOU-GO: If you can no longer attend a class, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance where a refund will be issued, minus a processing charge of £0.50. In the event of a "no-show" or if you do not notify us of a cancellation in time, no refunds will be issued. CLASS BUNDLES : To cancel or reschedule please do so via the Fit by Wix app at least 2 hours before the class starts to avoid losing a credit.
