Service Description
HIIT (high intensity interval training) combines short bursts of intense aerobic and cardio exercise with short periods of rest. You’ll be pushing your heart rate to at least 80% of its capacity, which means your body will continue to burn calories at a higher rate than normal long after you’ve left the gym! Perfect when you want to get in, get it done and get out again!

Cancellation Policy
PAY-AS-YOU-GO: If you can no longer attend a class, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance where a refund will be issued, minus a processing charge of £0.50. In the event of a "no-show" or if you do not notify us of a cancellation in time, no refunds will be issued. CLASS BUNDLES : To cancel or reschedule please do so via the Fit by Wix app at least 2 hours before the class starts to avoid losing a credit.
